The mission of the organization is to provide independent, evidence-based policy advice to policymakers in the education sector in order to enable them to make the most informed decisions possible. This is why the organization does not accept funding from governmental, or politically-affiliated institutions – in order to stay as objective as possible in its research findings and activities.
The secondary mission is to reinforce the educational sector institutions through capacity building and technical assistance on relevant reform-related issues, particularly in higher education.
The objectives of the organization are to:
- Stimulate public discourse on what EU integration means for education
- Provide consultations for policymakers
- Provide services to institutions in the education sector in order to increase the quality of their services
